This is the primary governmental building of Northern Bloc. It houses the office of the directorate, the senate and all the associated infrastructure for routine government business. There is also a small garrison of regular army (Honor Guard) in the lower level to protect the building.
Location: North end of the Corporate Park between the Northern Bloc Military Operations Center and the Northern Bloc Governmental Operations Center.
