Just below the surface exists a shadow realm that is physically much like our own. Visually, it is hazy, slightly sepia tone, and normally dead silent.
It Is possible to reach this realm with moderate difficulty as a magic user trained in the Paradivinus strain.
This is also a the first stepping stone in an Inter-Realm Construct.
The physicality of the 4th realm is malleable, and can be shaped into impossible spaces. Corridors that cross but do not intersect, straight passages that lead back to their origin, interior rooms that are larger than their enclosing structure, etc.
