This building is on the left flank of the Bundestag in which all military departments are located.
This is also the NOMAD HQ. The top floor is the Ops Center and the one below is the Command and Control Center (C2C). Several other levels are also designated for NOMAD, mission prep areas, gear storage, training rooms and barracks for the Rangers and G5.
